- These loan facilities are available only to those who have membership in our co-operative.
- One or more guarantee acceptable by Sahakari and address proof, voter’s ID and other records.
- Security of movable or immovable property and Life insurance policy OR security of NCC certificate of the Borrower or Guarantor.
- Site, house or building, land etc bought by taking loan, should be mortgaged by way of registration deposit of title deeds OR by way of bond with Sahakari as security.
- If borrower is Govt. employee then official letter from the officer of the department of Govt. for the repayment of loan.
- With regard to buying site, house, building etc., records of the property, from the owner [to the borrower] should be obtained and furnished to Sahakari.
- While sanctioning loan, agreement of sale between original owner and buyer (borrower) should be provided [i.e. with regard to payment of money to the seller].
- Encumbrance Certificate [E.C.] immediately preceding 12 years from the date of this transaction.
- Certificate from the Engineer for ensuring the quality of construction of house or building.
- Agreement about the purchase of agricultural land.
- Record Uttar, plan and estimate of property to be brought.
- Letter of permission from the municipality or corporation.
